To order a custom hat, simply select the hat style and color you want, then upload your design or logo. Our team will then create a digital mockup for your approval before proceeding with production.

Current Delivery Times:

Our standard production time is 3-4 weeks after proof approval. Typically, once we received your order, we get to work immediately. Once we design your order, we will send  a proof for approval prior to production. Then we send your through 4 quality control checks to ensure it is exactly what you ordered.

Standard USPS Shipping: 1-7 days depending on your location.

Standard (INTL): 14-21 days, depending on to which country you are shipping.

Tracking numbers can take up to 4 days to generate. If you still don’t get tracking at that time, send us an email: support@lidsondemand.com

Yep! If you aren’t 100% happy with your LIDS On Demand purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. 

Once you place an order, we cannot issue a refund as each order is custom and unique. However, we will make sure you are 100% happy with it :)
