Uploading Your Logo:

Files Accepted: .EPS, *.AI, *.PDF, *.TIFF, *.JPG. .PNG formats. Raster Files at 300 DPI. If you already have a digitized artwork file, please submit it in DST or EMB file format.

Maximum of 8 colors are allowed in the logo with a maximum size of 4.5" x 2.25"

Special Instructions: Avoid gradient, shading, transparency, distressed and other similar elements in the artwork. Recommended for best results text letter size must be at least .25′′ high or a font size of at least 24 at the final embroidered size. Anything below 1mm size is subject to error (gaps between artwork may close and artwork may become distorted.

I must say, we were quite impressed with the final product. The hat quality itself was good and the embroidery was outstanding. The problem we did encounter was the horrible communication. It took a month to get the hats and we NEVER received coherent responses to why? We emailed them 6 times (there is no phone number to call). And all the responses were, candidly, worthless. The only worthwhile response we actually got was when the package arrived. So, the product get a sold "A". Customer service...meh So, just know what you want and be prepared to be slightly frustrated.

Definitely a smooth transaction, and the designer did a great job working through some changes without hesitation. I would definitely recommend them. Of course, these aren’t the general Richardson most people get for $12 more, but the quality of these are maybe 1 notch down, and absolutely perfect for the price.

Finally received the product after almost five weeks. The product is as advertised. Good quality, graphics turned out great, quality embrodriery. My only issue was the timeline. Had I known it would take five weeks I would have paid more to get it done elsewhere faster. If you want it quick go elsehwere if you have time, GREAT PRODUCT at a GREAT price....

Misleading. I guess I’m just stupid, but I thought these were ACTUAL Richardson 112 hats. Price was very close to other retailers selling genuine 112’s so I didn’t think twice. I pre-sold several, so naturally I was angry when they arrived and saw they were OTTO brand hats.

In all honestly very dissatisfied with the order. The stitching and lettering is unaligned if you look and took almost 2 months to get them. Was under thought they were Richardson 112 with it saying 112 style maybe change the wording to be less deceiving. Next order will be elsewhere.
