I expected a more proportional sized patch. I expected to see it stitched on, not just glued on. 3 week lead time/delivery for a glued on patch? I’ve seen a glowforge burn and cut patches. I guess I expected a little better quality and maybe about a week turn around time for delivery. An actual Richardson or YuPoong would have been better. I do appreciate the effort.

Initially, the embroidery hat i ordered did not meet my expectations. Apparently, it was too detailed and lots of the detail was lost and was not the same as the approved artwork. Sabrina helped resolve this issue, suggesting that I do the design on a patch. I was sent the artwork for the patch and was surprised that there was more detail in the patch then the embroidery. I approved the patch, yet still skeptical since the prior artwork approved didn’t match the finished product. I had received the new hats and they are great. Obviously, I was hoping to have the embroidery for all the colors and such. But it just didn’t work out. But kudos to Sabrina for making sure I was satisfied.
