First- this process took FOREVER. I have ordered many embroidered products in the past and this took longer than anything else I have dealt with. The challenges started in the ordering process and bled into a long and drawn out ordering and ultimately delivery process. Also, the hats are different sizes and fit differently, even though they are the same make and model. Very frustrated and won't be back.

Not as nice as my other hat. Wish they would of stretched the logo out a little to keep hat from bunching and logo details are not as visible being as small as it was stitched.
