Uploading Your Logo:

Files Accepted: .EPS, *.AI, *.PDF, *.TIFF, *.JPG. .PNG formats. Raster Files at 300 DPI. If you already have a digitized artwork file, please submit it in DST or EMB file format.

Maximum of 8 colors are allowed in the logo with a maximum size of 4.5" x 2.25"

Special Instructions: Avoid gradient, shading, transparency, distressed and other similar elements in the artwork. Recommended for best results text letter size must be at least .25′′ high or a font size of at least 24 at the final embroidered size. Anything below 1mm size is subject to error (gaps between artwork may close and artwork may become distorted.

The logo is off center and the logo isn’t proportionate to the hat and it’s so small. You can’t read the bottom writing. Also, it took a long time.

The logo is off center and the logo is so small the writing is blurred together. It is not proportion to the front of the hat. Took forever to get them. Very disappointed I was hoping to find a company I could do business with.

The hats look nice. They just don't fit like a Richardson 112 being a trucker Cap I would've liked the top of the hat to have been a little taller and round or more like the Richardson 112. It doesn't give the same image on your head.

Some hats logo is crooked or disfigured. All have a random black embroidered dot. White in incorrect spots, Embroidery string messy inside. I have tried to contact 3 times for correction and have not heard back.

The embroidery doesn't look like the proof that was sent, there is no detail in the actual product and if the logo wasn't going to show well on the hat I should have been notified and the order canceled. Instead I received an inferior product that doesn't represent my business well that I will never use. This was a total waste of money, lessons learned and I will not be ordering any embroidered items in the future.
