I emailed and advised that the image isn’t as good as the proof. Was told to send photo of the hat so they could compare to the proof. Never heard back. So much for them wanting to make sure you’re happy with the product. I followed up as well. Still nothing. Image in proof that was approved looked awesome. What I got was blurred out portions and bunched up letters. 4th order, guess no more?

I like the quality of the hat as well as the price when there was a sale going on. The only problem that I have is that I asked the representative about the small size of my logo on the front when it was time to okay the design. I wanted it a little larger and she said that they only make it that big. I had a hat made by them last year and the design was much larger, but it was horizontal. A little disappointing.
