Besides the month to get them it’s ok thanks letters are wider than the logo they supposed to be aligned under the logo but o can live with that thanks

The Hats look great I would have given you a 1-Star rating if it wasn't for the Quality of the hat, I will reconsider ordering in the future because waiting 2 months for the shipment was extremely too long. Furthermore, who wants to download an app to track their package.

I went online looking for ball caps and found lids . Very easy transaction uploaded my image and they email me back for approval on the results for the final approval. After all that waited a 2 weeks. Worth the wait. Fantastic job . Keep up the great work LIDS.

Little disappointed two things.. first i guess is my fault.. the hats are ( Otto brand) i thot i was getting Richardson112 trucker hats.. Didnt like that.. second the logo was really small compared to the last vendor i bought hats from.. almost a full inch in heigth & width.. So i marking this up as a learning order. So sadly i wont be ordering anymore hats from Lids
