The inside of the hat where the embroidery is done cuts your forehead. It’s so jagged and rough. There is no backing on it. We have emailed in not satisfactory and want a refund.

The price and quality on this offer was great. I was dismayed with the radio silence that occurred after the artwork was approved. Telling me 5-7 weeks until delivery, without the ability for future updates does not help me plan our merchandise marketing program. Overall well done, but please provide fabrication updates.

Found the site on Facebook. Chose a hat style and uploaded a design. Contacted within 24 hrs for design approval, of which a minor modification was requested. Got the corrected version pretty fast and design was approved. Maybe 2 days went by and hats were done and headed my way. I’ve been wearing one since and very good quality hat and perfect graphics. I will use again, and highly recommend.
